Business owners and freelancers who answer their own customers by email and get the same questions every day: how much is it, when are you open, how do I order. You type the same answer for the tenth time, and the emails that really need you wait.
How it works
- Connect your email. Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho Mail or your company email, with an app password. The connection is tested before saving, and the password is stored encrypted.
- Teach who covers for you. A guide you write once: who you are, products and services, prices, hours, tone, what it must never talk about, and your holding reply.
- Open your inbox. Every message is sorted, and every message waiting for a reply has a draft ready. Send it as it is, or edit it.

Why it does not make things up
After the assistant writes a draft, a fixed check in the code, not a model, compares every number and link in it with your guide and rejects promise and discount words. If it finds a price, date or promise that is not in your guide, the draft becomes a holding reply and the email is left for you.
It continues the conversation
The draft reads the latest messages in the thread, so it carries on instead of greeting again. When you send, the reply goes out from your own mailbox, in the same thread.
When you are busy or travelling, it can reply for you while you are away, within its safeguards. Start on the free plan.
Frequently asked questions
Will it send anything without me knowing?
No. In "I'm here" mode nothing goes out until you press Send. Automatic replies only happen in "Cover for me", when you switch it on.
Which email providers work?
Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho Mail and your company email. Outlook and Hotmail are coming, with Sign in with Microsoft.
Does it reply in Arabic?
It replies in your style as you describe it in your guide, and in the language the sender wrote in, Arabic or English.
Are drafts free?
Yes. Sorting and drafts are on the free plan with one email inbox, with no card.
Where is my email password stored?
It is stored encrypted after the connection test. The privacy policy explains what we keep.
