A contact link your customers message you from, without your phone number or email
A page with your name: chats.byengage.com/@yourname. Put it on your accounts and in your email signature, anyone can message you from it, and the message lands in your inbox with a reply ready in your voice.

Why not just share your number
A phone number in your bio or on your site means calls at any hour, messages from strangers, and a personal number you cannot take back. A published email attracts spam. A contact link gives your customers one way to reach you, and you stay in control.
How a customer messages you
- They open your link and write. In the browser, no app.
- They sign in and send. With Google or a link to their email, and the message is sent automatically. You see their verified email.
- It lands in your inbox. As the "Your page" channel, with a draft reply from your guide. If your email is connected, your reply reaches them by email and they follow the conversation from a private link.
A published number and a contact link
| Sharing your phone number | Engage Chats link | |
|---|---|---|
| Your number or email is public | Yes | No |
| You know who wrote | A number only | A verified email |
| The message reaches | Your phone, at any hour | Your inbox, with a reply ready |
| If you want it to stop | You change your number | You make the page private or block the sender |
Your page, your rules
- Public or private. The page is public by default, and you can make it private any time.
- Block anyone. A "Block this sender" button in the conversation itself.
- Spam protection. Fixed limits on messages per sender and per page, and a hidden trap field that catches bots.
- The assistant works here too. Drafts and Cover for me work on your page's messages like any channel.
The message page is on the free plan, and its name is the username you pick in Engage.
